We very much appreciate your thanksgiving and prayer support for the CCG ministry and our coworkers. We are confident that CCG is God’s ministry, and He is able to strengthen us and to accomplish all things.

Donations

The Center for Counseling & Growth is supported through the generous partnership of donors and client contributions. In order to sustain this ministry and continue providing care for missionaries, church leaders, and others in need, suggested donation guidelines are available for counseling services. If you have questions or financial concerns, please speak with us confidentially. We do not want finances to prevent anyone from receiving care and will do our best to serve those in need.

We have learned that ministries should not and can not operate in isolation. It is pleasing to God when His children are able to work together with a kingdom perspective. CCG depends on ministry partners, and this includes financial ministry partners who invest in God’s kingdom through CCG.

Staffing Needs

Who we are looking for

At CCG we are seeking people who are passionate about serving and caring for missionaries, pastors and church leaders. This care includes doing general pastoral care and counseling, personal training, member care assessment and debriefing. We also work with individuals, couples, children, and families experiencing stress and other difficulties. All of our counseling staff must trust Gods’ provision for their financial needs via ministry partners. We prefer people who come to serve with us with an established mission agency or church who will be responsible for training, support and general accountability.

The following are guidelines for qualification to serve as CCG counseling staff:

• Christians who can fully support the statement of faith of the Taiwan Missionary Fellowship, and are willing to become members of that organization.
• Counselors with at least a masters level of education in a counseling related field.
• Preferred counselor qualifications include:
  • Two years of counseling experience
  • Training at a Bible college or seminary
  • International or local licenses
  • Overseas experience
• Pastoral Counselors: people who are certified and have been engaged in a similar ministry either abroad or in their passport country.
• Spiritual Directors: people who are certified and have been engaged in a similar ministry either abroad or in their passport country.
